Sabreliner's Perryville facility has extensive capability for repair and production of precision machined parts for airframe, linkage, landing gear, actuator, and turbine engine applications. Precision machining centers, mills, lathes, grinders, jigbores, and drills with capacities ranging up to the very large are available, most with NC/CNC control capability. Static and dynamic balancing of high-speed rotating parts such as engine components is routinely performed. Machined parts are processed and inspected with the aid of comprehensive suites of precision measuring equipment which are continually calibrated by on-site laboratories to standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
